The guidelines for the CollectingPez WebRing are fairly simple.
Your site must be related to the hobby of collecting Pez Dispensers. And you must add the HTML code to the WebRing in your web-site before your site can be added to the system.

We do not require that you place the code on your home page. Although that is the preferred location. If you elect not to place the code on your home page, we would like to request that the code be placed on your "Links" page.
